My brother had a Hyundai Azera a few years back and every garage treated it like some mystery machine because it wasn't a Japanese or German brand. I did some digging and came across the Expert Genesis Repair Service Sharjah which apparently handles everything from the 5.0 V8 to the newer twin turbos and even does the electronic suspension recalibration that dealers charge a fortune for. Still, I'd love to hear from anyone in Sharjah who actually owns a Genesis and has needed major work like an alternator replacement or transmission service. How's the parts availability for the G80 here? And is it true that some of the electronics need proprietary Hyundai software to diagnose properly? I really want to pull the trigger on this car but I've been burned before with "cheap luxury" turning into a headache when repairs come up. Any honest advice would help.
