What Is RAW Drive Recovery?
The term RAW drive recovery refers to the procedure whereby files are retrieved from a storage drive whose state has been rendered RAW through damage to the file system, bad sectors or unexpected errors within the computer’s system. Given that a RAW drive cannot be accessed using the Windows interface, the software used for RAW recovery scans the sectors of the storage drive for recoverable files.
